Full event strategy,
or just the marketing.
We have done both. For Silva Bay we built and ran the strategy for a Christmas boat light festival while the marina handled booking and supplies on the ground.

01
Event marketing, in plain English.
An event has one deadline and no second chance. Either people show up on the day or the whole thing was a rehearsal, which makes the promotion timeline unforgiving in a way ongoing marketing is not.
We work two ways. Sometimes we run the entire marketing strategy for an event, which is what happened with the Christmas Boat Light Festival at Silva Bay. Sometimes a client has the event handled and only needs the promotion behind it.
Either way the numbers come afterwards. Attendance, reach and cost per attendee, so next year starts from something real instead of a feeling about how it went.
02
What we cover.
Four pieces, scoped to how much of the event you want to hand over.
01
Event strategy
Positioning, audience, timeline and the promotional calendar working back from the date.
02
Promotion
Paid and organic across the platforms that reach your local audience, weighted to the final two weeks.
03
Creative
Video and static built for the feed, scripted around the reason to attend.
04
Post event reporting
Attendance, reach and cost per attendee, written up so next year has a baseline.
03
Three steps, working back from the date.
01
Plan
Audience, message and a promotional calendar built backwards from the event day.
02
Promote
Paid and organic running to the calendar, with spend weighted into the closing stretch.
03
Report
What attendance actually cost, and what we would change for the next one.
04
What clients ask before they start.
Do you run the event itself?
No. We handle the marketing strategy and promotion. Bookings, vendors and logistics stay with you or your event team.
How far ahead should we start?
Six to eight weeks for a local event. Less is possible but the paid spend has to work harder to make up for it.
Is this only for large events?
No. A workshop with fifty seats needs the same thinking as a festival, just less of it.
Can you do a one off?
Yes. Event work is the one service we take on a single project basis.
What do you report afterwards?
Attendance, reach, cost per attendee and the specific changes we would make next time.
What is the date?
Send over what you are running now and what you want it to do. We will audit it for free and come back with what we would change and whether we are the right people to do it.
