Most of our clients came to us after an agency that only ever sent good news. The reports looked healthy, the spend went up, and nobody could say which campaign produced the work.
We do the opposite. Every month you get a sheet in plain language with the lines that went backwards left in, the reason we think they moved, and the change we are making because of it. Some months dip because the season dips, and saying so out loud is what lets us plan the next one properly.
